Bridges – Privacy Policy

Effective date: 29 September 2026

Bridges ("the game") is made by Ozy Works ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the game collects, why, who we share it with, and how you can delete it. The game does not ask for your email, phone number, contacts or location.

2. Advertising and your choices

The game is free and shows ads: optional reward videos, and short ads between levels (never in the first levels or in the daily puzzle). On first launch we ask whether you allow personalized ads. You can change this at any time in Settings → Ad privacy. On iOS, Apple also asks whether the game may track you; if you decline, your advertising ID is not shared. Buying "Remove Ads" removes the ads between levels; optional reward videos stay available.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed on servers outside your country (for example in the United States or the EU) by the providers above.

4. How long we keep data

We keep your game data until you delete it. The daily race leaderboard resets every day at 00:00 UTC; older daily results may remain in leaderboard history, which we remove on request.

5. Deleting your data

In the game: Settings → Delete my data → Delete everything. This permanently deletes your progress, coins, themes, name, streak and daily race records from our servers and your device, and deletes your player account. Your current daily race time disappears at the next daily reset. Purchases stay with your Google/Apple account ("Remove Ads" can be restored).

Without the game: email support@ozyworks.com with the subject "Delete my Bridges data" and your player name (Settings → Name). We will delete your data within 30 days.

6. Children

The game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the EU GDPR or the CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent for personalized ads. Use the in-game options above or contact us. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored by Unity Gaming Services. Game results are checked on our servers to keep the daily race fair.

9. Changes

We will update this page if the game's data practices change and change the effective date above.
